Ei Techno Ltd. is committed to transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may/ may not be issued for our products and services. By purchasing any product or service from Ei Techno Ltd., you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
(Courses, Templates, Downloads, SaaS Access, Digital Resources)
Due to the digital nature of our products:
All sales are final and non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been unlocked, or files have been downloaded.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Online courses
Templates and digital assets
SaaS platform access
Downloadable materials
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Failure to complete or use the product
Lack of results or subjective dissatisfaction
2. Coaching & Consulting Services
Eligibility for Refund:
Refund requests made before the coaching or consulting program begins may be considered.
Approved refunds may be subject to a reasonable processing or administrative fee.
Non-Refundable Situations:
No refunds will be issued if:
Any coaching session has started
Any consulting call has taken place
Any program materials, recordings, or resources have been delivered
Access to a coaching portal or community has been granted
Missed sessions, failure to attend, or lack of participation do not qualify for a refund.
3. Marketing Services, Development & Custom Work
(Websites, Funnels, Ads, Automation, CRM Setup, Custom Builds)
All custom and service-based work is non-refundable once work has commenced.
This includes:
Marketing campaigns
Website or application development
Automation and CRM implementations
Strategy, consulting, or done-for-you services
Revisions:
We may offer revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Revisions do not constitute eligibility for a refund. Once work has been delivered or milestones have been completed, refunds will not be issued.
4. Subscriptions & SaaS Services
Subscription fees are billed in advance. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, unused time, or early cancellation. You may cancel future billing at any time to prevent further charges.

6. Refund Processing Time

7. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
Immediate suspension of access to services. Termination of accounts or ongoing work. We strongly encourage contacting us directly to resolve any concerns.
